I just had to add this photo of my very favorite spot on the bar at the restaurant that I work at (Puerto Alegre). This spot represents about 40 years of good old fashioned margarita mixing, glass salting, tray spinning, towel wiping and on to the next pitcher making surface. I honestly think it has been wiped clean way over one million times and I have tons of respect for the family that put their heart and soul into such a great place. Not to mention it is a beautiful worn out piece of formica and I hope they never replace it because it has more class than alot of bars! Aesthetically, this spot ROCKS my world!
